1. Ordering

• You place an order online by selecting products and completing checkout with payment.
• Availability is subject to stock; if we cannot fulfill your order we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 7 days, or if there is a supply chain disruption or other force-majeure event.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted include VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout.
• For subscription or recurring orders, you will be notified of any price change before renewal.

• We dispatch via tracked courier. You must ensure the delivery address is accurate and someone is available to receive where signature may be required.
• You must ensure correct storage of temperature-sensitive products after delivery.

4. Product Use

• Our products are intended for wellness use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have health conditions.
