At Naddict, customer satisfaction is important. Please read the following carefully.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility
- Only items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied qualify for a refund/credit.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and evidence of issue.
- Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if storage/usage instructions have not been followed.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
- If you paid by instalments (e.g., BNPL), we will coordinate with the provider to cancel future payments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for our high-value / health products once shipped.
- Items that are clearly perishable, customised, sterile or temperature-controlled may be exempt from return rights.
- We do not offer refund or exchange for lack of efficacy or personal satisfaction.
How to Return
- Email info@naddict.com with subject "Return Request – Order #".
- Provide order number, reason for return, and photo evidence of defect/damage.
- We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number if we accept the request, with shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely in original packaging, including RA number on the outside.
- Ship back to: 124 City Road, London, ECV1 2NX. Keep proof of posting.
