Thank you for purchasing from Naddict. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products (including NAD⁺ injectables, cartridges, oral dissolving strips, and food-supplements) are high-value and health-oriented, the following applies:
Eligibility for refund/exchange
- If you believe a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@naddict.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the outer packaging and product.
- If your product was shipped incorrectly (wrong item or missing contents) we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
- Due to the nature of our products (nutraceuticals, injectables, temperature-controlled items), all sales are final once shipped unless the item is defective/damaged or incorrect.
- If your item has deteriorated, expired or shows signs of tampering, we reserve the right to deny return/refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, or another method mutually agreed.
- If a cancellation/return is accepted, refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product or your proof of dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items unless we have agreed to cover it.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with no evidence of use beyond what is strictly necessary to examine them. We may deduct from the refund if the value is diminished due to handling beyond that.
Exclusions
- We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, perceived effectiveness, or personal opinion-based reasons.
- We are unable to offer refunds to orders outside of the UK.
- Items that are clearly perishable, custom / made-to-order, or require refrigeration may be excluded from return rights (as permitted under Consumer Contracts Regulations).
- Faults resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow storage/usage instructions are not eligible for refund.
