Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering with Naddict. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs and responsibilities.

Delivery Methods & Charges

• Standard UK Mainland shipping: Free
• Express UK shipping: included for NAD+ Pen (calculated at checkout for NAD+ Strips)
• International shipping: cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout and may vary by customs/duties.

Dispatch & Timeframe

• Standard dispatch time: Within 24 hours of order confirmation (Monday to Thursday).
• Standard delivery UK mainland: Approximately 3–5 working days. International delivery: 5–12 working days (customs clearance may add delay).
• Delivery times are estimates only; we cannot guarantee.

Tracking & Signature

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Signature may be required at delivery. If delivery fails or address is incorrect, any re-delivery cost is the customer's responsibility.

Storage After Delivery

• Some of our products are temperature-sensitive (injectables). You must store them immediately according to instructions (refrigerate at 2-8 °C) upon receipt.
• We are not liable for product degradation resulting from failure to follow storage/handling instructions once delivery is complete.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• For orders outside the UK, you may incur customs duties, VAT or import charges payable by you. We are not responsible for such charges.

Incorrect or Damaged Delivery

• If your product arrives damaged or with missing contents, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and decide on replacement or refund.
